When will my order ship?
Your item is made to order and typically goes out within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted to production. (That’s the normal Printify production window.)
How long does delivery take after it ships?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Common Printify estimates:
US (Standard): ~2–5 business days
US (Economy): ~4–8 business days
International (Standard): ~10–30 business days
These are guidelines, not guarantees.
Will I get tracking?
Usually yes—tracking typically appears once the order is marked “Ready to ship.” If it’s still in production, tracking may not show yet.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Maybe—only if we catch it early. Once an order is submitted / in production, changes aren’t guaranteed. Email us ASAP at orders@promisedland.world
Do you ship internationally / are there customs fees?
International shipping may involve customs fees/taxes depending on your country. Those are typically paid by the recipient (customs rules vary). (If you’re unsure, email orders@promisedland.world.)
Return questions
Can I return or exchange it if I change my mind or picked the wrong size/color?
Because items are made to order, returns/exchanges aren’t supported for wrong size, wrong color, or change-of-mind purchases.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or printed wrong?
We’ll make it right. Printify typically offers a reprint or refund for verified issues—just contact us at orders@promisedland.world and include clear photos. Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date)
My order was returned to sender / the address was incorrect—what happens?
If an order comes back due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Printify support may offer a reprint (additional cost) or partial refund depending on the situation. Email orders@promisedland.world and we’ll help you sort it out.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it—what should I do?
First: check around your property, building office/front desk, neighbors, and any “safe place” the carrier might use. Then email orders@promisedland.world and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.
